The almost pecock-feather design in sequin is the star of this dress. Not to be outdone though, is the fine black beaded detailing in a starburst pattern from the hip to hem of the skirt. At the bottom of the hem as well as the neckline there are further heavy beaded details forming a boarder at the edges. All of this is backed on a black chiffon providing a sort of peek-a-boo look at the front and back.

Lined, and in great condition – its a bit of a lighter weight fabric making it perfect for cooler summer evenings and events in the fall.
