This beautiful pale yellow gown is made from a very soft lush silk. The beading on this dress flows form the neckline to the hem in a swirling vine-like pattern on the train. Cabaret Vintage New Arrival: 1960’s Ceil Chapman Cocktail Dress (AP)
This vintage designer dress has lovely details making it a perfect little black dress with sophistication. The front of the bodice has a lovely drape and creates great lines with the soft jersey fabric construction. Each of the main lines are accented with rhinestone chevrons that are mounted on a plastic backing( rather than just a fabric ribbon). Cabaret Vintage New Arrival: 1960’s Beaded Sequined Blue Taffeta Dress (AP)
A beautiful ball gown with a calf length hemline. The colour is a bright peacock blue with a slight shimmer in the taffeta. The bubble skirt is very unique in that there is an upward drape towards the top tucking into a cummerbund-like waistband. The bodice is decorated with small and large sequin all in a darker peacock blue and the off the shoulder straps are slightly curved in a flattering line. Metal zipper at back. Cabaret Vintage New Arrival: 1940’s Little Black Dress
This little black dress is a beautiful addition to any wardrobe. It has the perfect blend of demure sensuality and vintage Hollywood glam. The top of the bodice is a sheer netting with a pearl closure in the back. There is also a decorated concealed pocket at the front to add that special added touch.
Sadly, as I typed this post – the dress has just sold! It will now have a home in the wardrobe of one of our favorite Opera performers. Maybe you’ll be lucky enough to spot it at an upcoming event.
Cabaret Vintage New Arrival: 1960’s Beaded Raw Silk Gown with beaded hemline
This exquisite black dresses lined with a soft light silk that compliments the sturdy raw silk outer dress. The beading at the neckline extends to the back and has a unique construction of both sequin and beads. The pattern is reminiscent of an almost three-dimensional rendition of star anise and ornate leaves. The same treatment is given to the hem with an accented thick band of sequin.
