On the big day, I felt amazing and the dress suited our small wedding perfectly. ”

The perfect way to warm up a bleary January day is with images of joy and love with a touch of summer. We had the pleasure of outfitting Melissa on her special day this August and here are some fantastic pictures of the event.

“I could never have found a better dress anywhere! It fit perfectly, was so gorgeous and fun to wear and it was even great for the weather (I think the temperature reached over 40 that day). I had so many compliments – not only from my family but even strangers on the street – a number of people approached us and asked if they could take my picture! (I felt like a celebrity-haha)Thank you again! Being comfortable and feeling beautiful on my wedding day in that dress was like the cherry on top of the sundae!”

“Jennie here— I’m the bride from Montreal who got the Soiree in antique for my July 21st wedding.

I thought I’d send some pictures your way of our wedding day and I also wanted to THANK YOU (THANK YOU THANK YOU!) for everything. Picking my wedding dress was so easy— I knew I wanted to wear a Cabaret Vintage dress well before I found the person I wanted to marry! In fact, your store was the first and really only place I tried on dresses. Once I put on the Soiree, I knew there was no competition!

My dress was adored and admired by all our wedding guests and all who have seen pictures! It was a hit!

Oh, and my husband’s entire outfit came from your neighbours down the street at Sydney’s! A true Queen West fashion experience transplanted to Winnipeg!
