Return Policy

We want you to love it!

Cabaret DOES take returns and exchanges on non-custom orders. When you make a purchase with us it is our hope that it’s exactly what you wanted or better than you imagined. If your garment does not suit you and it was ordered in one of our standard sizes, you may return it at your own expense. You will be reimbursed 85%, five business days after receipt of the garment in original condition at Cabaret offices. There is a 15% restocking fee that covers commissions, incidentals, and fees to relist.

It is our goal that you be thrilled with you Cabaret garment like our many other clients, so please ensure that you call or email us any questions that cause you any doubt about your garment before you order. As Cabaret grows, we hope to have a simpler policy, but for now, we are doing all we can to have delighted clients. Cabaret has had no returned garments to date. The vintage-style silhouettes and designs are very flattering to most women.

To Return you must:

1. Email info@cabaretvintage.com that you wish to return your garment within 24 hours of receiving it. If you do not send in an email notification you cannot return the item. Packages will be refused. Instructions on how to properly return your item will be provided by email including the return address. There is a 48 hour window that begins when that instruction email has been sent, for you to get the item on its way back to Cabaret offices.

2. All garments are sent tagged and in pristine, brand new condition. Garments with the tags removed, tags re-attached, or garment damaged in any way are not eligible for return.

3. Items must be shipped back within 2 business days of receiving your email instructions from Cabaret. Return packages should be sent by a trackable method - tracking is highly recommended as lost packages are your responsibility. A refund will not be given if you ship it by a method that has no tracking and the package never arrives. Items still in your posession after 2 business days from delivery of the email instructions are no longer eligible for return.

Returns cost money for everyone! Please make sure that you have asked all questions and checked your measurements before making your purchases!
