Cabaret Vintage New Arrival: 1960’s Italian Raffia Coat in Yellow Gold

The perfect coat to wear with a variety of lengths of formal wear as well as colours, this piece is very versatile with impeccable construction.  Made from finely woven raffia, the detail on this piece needs to be seen to be believed.  Made in Italy by Ceipella Creations it features a flat collar detailed cuff, and a ½ belt that attaches at the pockets to add more form to the piece.  A light taffeta lining adds softness and comfort for the wearer.  For more details and images, take a look at this piece in our online boutique.

Cabaret Vintage New Arrival: 1960′s Ladies Brocade Vest

Classic 1960′s glam, this vest is great for a variety of occasions and can be worn with a top underneath or easily without.  We’ve had quite a few pieces pass trough Cabaret Vintage made from this fabric and they are always showstoppers at events.  This particular vest was part of the private label brand of Saks Fifth Avenue and is so New York glamour.  Two of the fantastic details on this piece are the lovely notches at the front as well as the beautiful large rhinestone buttons (they’re actually quite heavy in construction!).  For more details and images, take a look at this piece in our online boutique.

Cabaret Vintage Cocktail Bride: Sarah on the beach

Sarah came in seeking a dress for her wedding that would be comfortable at the beach, but still have glamour and style.  She found that the bubble skirt and cocktail length of the Bijou to be the perfect choice for her.

She chose to have her dress in a bright winter white and paired it with one of our vintage 1950′s pieces.  Its a stunning piece worked with various sizes of rhinestones with silver backing.

Cabaret Vintage New Arrival: 1960′s Botanical Print Tunic Dress with Pocket

Vibrant greens and fauna abound on this great tunic dress.  The pattern purely 1960s graphic with its popping colours and bold print.  What cannot be seen in detail in the photos though is the secondary floral pattern that is brocaded in the fabric adding an extra dimension of texture to the dress.  It’s please to look at and to feel as well.  For more details and images, take a look at this piece in our online boutique.

Cabaret Vintage New Arrival: 1970′s Dove Grey Sheer Georgette Dress

The weave on the fabric of this dress is a bit more textured than chiffon giving it a Georgette type feel.  Very sheer, this dress has two pieces.  First a spaghetti strapped slip dress with a lace detail on the front.  The top outer dress is made from the same dove grey fabric with billowing sleeves.  The skirt is full with a turned hem and is accessorized at the waist by a matching skinny belt covered in the same fabric.  The front closure at the collar is a lovely pearl button and the rest of the bodice is deigned to be left open to expose the chiffon slip dress underneath.
