Mary Walsh at Cabaret Vintage, trying on clothing for her appearance on Star Portraits.
Its always wonderful having Star Reporter Rita Zekas in, and especially so when she brings friends. Rita and comedienne Mary Walsh came to Cabaret last week to hang out on the divan and talk about her appearance in the Toronto staging of Love, Loss, and What I Wore. Check out the full article in the Toronto Star.

Melinda chooses to look fabulous to pick up her Scott Pilgrim tickets
Melinda is one of our winners for the Scott Pilgrim screening tickets we had for giveaway. When she came in the store with her perfect haircut and fantastic outfit just had to add her to the Streetstyle Section.

The cutest fabric pin that works so well with this sweater

Top off head to toe chic with chic little slippers as well.
1,000 Cups visits Cabaret Vintage
Posted on | August 10, 2010 | No Comments
We love guests, so it was a real treat to receive a visit from the 1,000 Cups tour today. These coffee lovers have the enivable job of treking accross Canada in 10-days to meet and greet the country. You can check out their exploits on their official blog. While at Cabaret, on of their few Toronto stops, the team tried on a few pieces and spoke to Tao Drayton about vintage, Toronto living, and of course – Poutine! The US team featured a combination of awesome crew from both Seatle and Portland. We had a great time telling them all about our fair city and pointed out some of the sights.
Check out some of the behind the scenes images of the shoot and stay tuned for information on when the official video will be released.
