New Vintage Arrival: 1960s Blue Silk Turquoise Dress with Beads

This dress has a modified suit design with full lapels and high waisted skirt.  The “shirt” underdneath is silk with hand applied beading.  The round neck has further beaded detailing adding to the very ornate look.
