Cabaret Vintage Streetstyle: Talyeh

Rain rain go away….

Sometimes its hard to decide what to wear in warmer weather, yet no sun.  Talyeh’s outfit is the perfect solution for those grey, rainy summer days with a bit of a chill in the air.  Her cropped raincoat and scarf can be removed in layers if the day should get warmer while she’s out on the town.

Cabaret Vintage Streetstyle: Julie

Meet Julie.  Resplendent in fantastic modified nautical style print with a lovely crisp white top. What really makes this outfit is the very unusual almost balloon style of the skirt.  It really enhances the detail of the print while allowing for a lot of movement for day-to-day wear.  The light fabric also makes it a great choice for travel as well.

Joel Plaskett visits Cabaret

One of the things we love about being part of the Queen St. West community are our fantastic neighbours.  We love seeing everyone, especially when they pop by the store to say “hi”.  Musician Joel Plaskett came by recently and as always it was a pleasure.  Joel often drops in when he is visiting from his home out East. He also has a great new cd.  Check out his music on http://www.joelplaskett.com/
