This luxurious, soft fabric is perfect in this design with its cummerbund-esque design. As an added bonus, this design has concealed pockets hidden in two of the inverted pleats. Our dresses are also able to be custom fit and customized because of our wonderful relationship with designer Elizabeth Oliveira and her team at Labl Studio. New Vintage Arrival: 1950s Floral Embossed Velvet Dress
The fabric of this dress is very lovely with embossed flowers in the velvet. Lined, and in great condition – its a bit of a lighter weight fabric making it perfect for cooler summer evenings and events in the fall. One of the most interesting design details of this dress is the gathered waist which makes a very flattering drape under the bustline.
