This dress is a perfect example of late 1950’s cocktail fashion. Little periwinkle flowers are flocked throughout the dress and has a lovely accented hemline that has small scallops highlighted with velvet touches. At the waist, a cumber bun-like sash pulls it all together.

Fun and flirty, this little black dress is reminicient of a sailor-style uniform but done in a polished way.
