Just in time for Prom – A special offer to you
We’re approaching the tail end of March Break and the store has been hopping with lots of students from all over Ontario (as well as a few fantastic young ladies from Detroit) looking for the perfect prom dress. Whether the goal is new or vintage, short or tea or gown length we have been having a great time finding the perfect dream dress for the most wonderful girls.
To celebrate them we will be offering a 20% discount for high school students with a valid id from March 15 to April 15 2013 on all of our Cabaret Collection dresses and accessories. We have quite a few new designs that are not yet listed on our official site, so be sure to visit us in-store for the latest designs.
In most cases prom is the big formal occasion in a young lady’s life. The first time that you can truly be the princess you imagined in your head and have a memorable evening with your friends and those who matter most to you to celebrate all of your achievements so far.

There are so many more events to look forward to in the future; but prom is usually always the first. We would love more girls to be able to afford to make the Cabaret Collection part of this most special memory so we’ve decided to have this sale just for them for the first time ever.

Currently the collection spans over 25 different designs in a spectrum of over 30 shades and colours. As all of our dresses are made to order by hand here in Toronto we can guarantee the highest quality of fabrics and construction in timeless designs. With all of our Cabaret Collection pieces, we hope to create the vintage of tomorrow; styles so timeless and classic that future prom girls (maybe daughters of our current ones) will wear these dresses to their own special events.
To guarantee delivery of you Cabaret Collection dress for May 15th, orders must be finalized by April 15th.
We are so glad to be able to provide dresses to our clients for another year, here are some notes from our previous Prom Ladies.

“Hi! I bought this 50s cocktail dress for my prom back in November, and the very nice salesman told me to send pictures of when I wear it. So tada!” Yana
“Hello! I bought a 1950s dress from cabaret in April and I wore it to my prom a few days ago! It was lovely and i just wanted to thank you guys for everything!” Rebeccah R.
“My friend and I bought the blue Monet dress and a long yellow dress from Cabaret for our prom, and of course we took hundreds of photos. The dresses are beautiful and everyone paid lots of compliments! We were just wondering if you would like us to send in a few photos of the dresses at the event for your website.” Brownwn
“Hi Tao!
I was in yesterday and told you I would send you a picture of my sister, best friend and I from my prom. So here one is!” Jen
If instead of the Cabaret Collection you would like to wear some original vintage we are offering 20% of stock of High Fashion Vintage when you purchase by Mastercard, courtesy of Stylicity.

As always, we’re happy to answer any questions that may arise, feel free to drop us a line or give a call.

How do you beat the winter blues? “I don’t get them; I love snow. I live in England, so I miss Canadian winters a lot. I love the burrowing. Everyone needs to burrow with blankets, cashmere, tea and movies.”
Where do you go vintage shopping in Toronto? “My favourite store is Cabaret. I love the boy that works there—I love that he has special things that he always thinks you’ll like.”
Best city to shop in? “Paris.”
Where will we find you? “Bon Marché, Miu Miu, Chanel, Les Archives de la Presse, Serge Lutens, Isabel Marant, Ladurée, Sonia Rykiel and Colette. But I like the Japanese cakes at Toraya more than shopping itself.”
