A short while ago The Caketress, Lori Hutchinson had the wonderful idea of a photo shoot at Cabaret with two of her incredible cakes that were inspired by The Cabaret Collection Dresses. We were very excited and jumped at the opportunity. We had the pleasure of having Rowell Photography visit the store and take this fantastic photo-story of a ‘Cocktail Bride’ with The Caketress creations . The beautiful Nancy Ghurman models two of our Cabaret Collection dresses (The Bubble Dress and The Truffle Dress) and poses with the inspired cakes designed and made by The Caketress, Lori Hutchinson.

Cabaret Vintage Cocktail Bride Dresses featured in NOW Magazine
Wedding season is upon us and for the modern bride finding a dress that reflects their personal style can be a challenge when faced with large hoop skirts and corseted bodices. Many brides are now looking for a dress that is more of a cocktail dress and more classically styled rather than fantasy with long trains and many yards of fabric.
